Vaginal Epithelial Cell Growth Kit contains components that when added to Vaginal Epithelial Cell Basal Medium (ATCC PCS-480-030) create a complete ATCC Primary Cell Solutions culture environment for vaginal epithelial cells derived from normal human vaginal tissue (eg, Primary Vaginal Epithelial Cells, Normal, Human, ATCC PCS-480-010). The serum-free medium formulation can support normal vaginal cell morphology and promote rapid growth and proliferation. No feeder layers, extracellular matrix proteins, or other substrates are required.
